1. Consultation
- When you reach out to us, you’ll be assigned one of our knowledgeable account executives who will answer your questions, show you the software, and provide pricing.
- Your account executive will offer you a guided demo or temporary access to a demo system so you can take a look around the software yourself—it’s up to you.
- From the start, that same person will be your dedicated point of contact so you won’t get someone different every time you call or email. They'll get to know you and your property—and will always root for your success.
2. Onboarding
- If you go ahead with WebRezPro, you’ll meet your personal onboarding specialist next. They’ll help you set up your system to meet the unique needs of your business—from inventory and rates to booking policies and taxes—and show you how to use it.
- Our software is easy to learn, and training is typically completed within four live online sessions. You’ll learn how to manage reservations, apply payments and refunds, override rates, run reports, and much more.
- Your onboarder will work with you to tailor setup and training to your needs.
3. Launch!
- Once training is complete and you feel confident, you’re ready to welcome guests at the front desk and online with WebRezPro!
- Whenever you have a question, our in-house customer support team is available every day by phone and email, or you can create a support ticket conveniently from within your system.
- You can also access our online user manual and video tutorials on demand.
- Remember your friendly account executive? They’re still there for you too! They’ll help you find ways to make the system work even better for your property, whether you’re interested in one of our software integrations or would like information about WebRezPro's latest features.
