Calgary, AB – April 29, 2014 – WebRezPro™ Property Management System for independent hotels, hotel groups and chains, vacation rentals and inns announced the addition of a new rate management feature included in the latest version (10.5.23) of the cloud PMS software. The interactive Rate Report provides faster access to rate information and speeds up the rate override process for more efficient and effective rate management.
WebRezPro PMS’ new rate report significantly cuts down time-to-information, allowing users to quickly look up any rate, including lowest available rate, for any specified dates in one simple step that displays all desired rate information on a single screen. The increased transparency of rates allows hoteliers to make more timely pricing decisions, and the report’s interactivity enables overrides to be applied instantly and directly from the rate report screen.
Offering all the functionality of the system’s Quick Overrides feature for updating rates, minimum/maximum length of stay, and closed to arrival/departure, the interactive rate report provides a more streamlined and intuitive override process with increased rate transparency for better informed pricing decisions.
