WebRezPro PMS Integrates Lynx Home Automation Platform

Combined solution automates key exchange for vacation rentals, improving the guest check-in process

Calgary, AB – September 18, 2019 – WebRezPro cloud property management system (PMS) by World Web Technologies Inc. (WWT) is pleased to announce integration with home automation platform, Lynx, the smart rental automation software for vacation rentals, apartment hotels, boutique hotels, B&Bs and long-term single and multi-family rentals. The seamless integration automates digital key generation, and streamlines guest check-in and staff workflow.

Lynx allows lodging operators to automate and personalize the guest experience with digital keys or 4-digit PIN codes that are valid only for the duration of the stay. Guests can be welcomed to their accommodation with a perfect 70F temperature, jazz music playing on the Sonos speakers, lights automatically turned on at 6pm, and an automatically generated text message to check on their stay. A virtual concierge can answer questions specific to the property. The Lynx platform allows property managers to create enhanced operations workflows by using real-time field data as trigger events.
