Senior Product Support Specialist

WebRezPro’s Product Support Department is hiring senior-level Product Support Specialists to help clients learn and navigate our hospitality software via phone, email and screen sharing.

We are looking for people with superior client experience skills, a high-level aptitude for computers and the internet, as well as a knack for learning new software programs. 

These are full-time, work-from-home positions with opportunities for growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement and troubleshoot existing interfaces/integrations between WebRezPro and other hospitality software companies. Types of companies include online travel agencies, entertainment systems, payment gateways, point-of-sale systems and more.
  • Provide support and guidance to our clients via email, phone and screen sharing.
  • Use Zendesk to process customer support tickets.
  • Field questions from and assist with training of Junior team members.
  • Work with Programming and Sales Departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in company and department meetings via webcam.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A degree or certificate in a computer-related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Junior Product Support Specialist (Remote)

Your responsibilities:

  • Respond to client calls, emails, and voicemails promptly and professionally
  • Troubleshoot software issues and guide clients through solutions
  • Record interactions and resolutions using Zendesk
  • Collaborate with our Programming and Sales teams when needed
  • Escalate more complex inquiries appropriately

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
