(WWT) is pleased to announce a new interface between its Cloud-based property management system, WebRezPro™ (WRP), and post-reservation guest communications system, Guestfolio. The interface affords accommodation providers seamless management of guest communications, eliminating the need to manually input guest reservation information into their Guestfolio system.
Guestfolio provides a single dashboard from which accommodation providers can drive customizable automated guest email communications, including reservation confirmations, pre-stay reminders, post-stay thanks, special offers, electronic surveys and personalized eConcierge platforms. The interface between WebRezPro and Guestfolio allows WebRezPro to send live reservation information to Guestfolio automatically, providing Guestfolio with an up-to-the-minute record of new reservations, reservation changes and cancellations.
