WebRezPro Cloud Property Management System Partners with Ordyx POS

Direct integration between WebRezPro cloud property management system (PMS) and Web-based restaurant point-of-sale (POS) system, Ordyx, improves operating efficiency and real-time visibility

Calgary, AB – June  12, 2014 – WebRezPro™ cloud property management system (PMS) for independent hotels, hotel groups and chains, vacation rentals and inns is pleased to announce direct integration is now available for Web-based restaurant point-of-sale (POS) system, Ordyx. This integration automates the process of posting restaurant tickets to hotel guest accounts in real time, improving visibility and efficiency of operation.

Ordyx is a complete, Web-based POS system for restaurants and bars that can be accessed by staff on the go from any computer or mobile device connected to the Internet. The interface between Ordyx and WebRezPro allows restaurant staff to query WebRezPro through Ordyx in real time to verify a guest’s status and room number, and to post restaurant charges to the guest’s room directly from Ordyx, whether from the bar or tableside. By eliminating the need to manually add restaurant and bar charges to the guest’s folio in WebRezPro, the Ordyx interface improves efficiency and accuracy and minimizes guest-disputed charges.
