WebRezPro Announces Partnership with Lightspeed POS

Direct interface automates the process of posting restaurant charges to reservation folios for increased efficiency and billing accuracy

(WWT) is pleased to announce a direct integration between WebRezPro, its cloud property management system (PMS) for hotels, and Lightspeed, a leading provider of cloud-based point of sale (POS) solutions. This integration automates the process of posting restaurant charges directly to guests’ folios in real time, improving efficiency and saving time.

The integration between Lightspeed and WebRezPro allows restaurant staff to access WebRezPro through Lightspeed to verify a guest’s occupancy status and room number, and then automatically post the restaurant charges to the guest’s room directly from Lightspeed. The integration eliminates the need to manually enter the charges into WebRezPro, saving staff time and reducing clerical errors.
